We are a group of like minded individuals dedicated to growth in all areas of our lives.
We support each other through the dedication of vulnerable exploration.
We believe in fostering a positive mindset through embracing emotion and letting divinely inspired desire take the wheel, through intentional subconscious behaviors, creating authentic versions of ourselves.
“We are here to heal our wounds from the past so that we may show up in this lifetime as the most authentic version of ourselves and live an intentional life.”

Who I Am
&
My Intentions in Creating The ILC
Hi, I’m Sarah and my journey began on August 2nd 1979. The year Margaret Thatcher was elected as prime minister. While this was happening I was wailing my sad little HSP (highly sensitive person) ass off and possibly regretting my decision to reincarnate on planet earth, where little did I know (Or maybe I knew a lot, why I was crying all the time) that my life would take some highly drastic twists and turns.
As a believer in the unknown, I have realised the one major constant in life for me, is that there is no constant at all. I just keep charging forward, with what seems like little to no direction, or so I thought, as I was looking for connection in all the wrong places in my younger years. After a long bout of being ‘church hurt’ and a conservative upbringing in my twenties, I made a pact with myself that I would try and learn as much as I could. So, I began dabbling in different spiritual venues, past lives, NDEs etc., and also started college while simultaneously trying out different avenues of nourishing myself through plant based alternatives and alcoholic binges (as this is what you do in College!). I was clearly at odds in my authenticity but little did I know my spiritual curiosity and holistic sustenance would hold deep meaning for me later in life.
After partying and being a messy twenty and thirty year old adolescent, that had felt pent up her whole life, things took a turn in my forties and I ended up with a stage four cancer diagnosis at forty-one. I had just moved to Vietnam, gotten married, attained my masters and found my dream job (Yes a late bloomer), but the universe and my higher self had other plans. Being connected to a more holistic physiological self through nutrition was helpful, but didn't address the trauma that was being played out physically and after I came home to seek treatment, I was drastically thrown into facing these traumas head on within internal family dynamics. This is not to say I am placing blame on anyone in my family, as I love my family dearly, for all the support they could give at the time, but personal growth from these dynamics were inevitable in moving forward, as well as owning my story through understanding generational trauma.
Through this journey of facing my immortality, I also had a few, very influencing spiritual events take place and ALL of these experiences have brought me here, to this place, of self expression and wanting to serve my community in a way that feels authentically me.
I want to share my life experiences with anyone and everyone who are willing to lean in’, with curiosity and who are able to learn from them in their own way. The areas I highlight in my life that have been the most influential for me and that I include in program content, include existentialism, spirituality, conscious and subconscious programming, quantum physics and a love of nature, animals, and the planet as these facets of life have taught me about the beautiful wholeness we all share. As a partial raw vegan I feel it’s imperative for our actions to align with a deeper sense of being and to me paying respects to all life coincides with the cyclical pattern of how nature gives back. I relish in the mornings I get to sit on my surfboard and relax while watching all of earths inhabitants dance upon the collage of a beautiful backdrop.
In my more linear learning years. I attained a masters degree in ethical leadership’ and also a bachelors in organizational communications with a minor as a Career and Life Development Facilitator - that is fully accredited by the National Career Development Association. I also became certified as an ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor while living in Vietnam and was asked to pilot a creative ESL learning program at ASEAN before I came home to seek treatment. Years ago, I would have used only those credentials to highlight my wise offerings to the world and my book smarts would have outweighed my life experiences, but I realise now that maybe the universe was preparing me to be the best kind of mentor and coach to people I could be in every way possible, through blogging, coaching and hosting events that light up peoples lives.
In Imparting my wisdom, during this time of my life, I still find myself curious and I hope you find my musings and events as fun to read and be a part of, as I do. I hope what I share, inspires in you a curious and divinely authentic drive, where you could be willing to evolve and take some risks you maybe never thought possible.
“Finding your home within yourself, is where the rest of the world is created.” Eckhart Tolle
