Embracing Our Shadow

We often don’t understand why we do what we do albeit subconscious programming, but what if there are sides of ourselves that feel authentic to us but we don’t want to accept or like and those parts of us every once in a while surface when we are at points in our lives that foster vulnerability.

This meet up will be a time to accept and understand those parts of ourselves, without judgment, without shame, just understanding.

Only through acceptance and acknowledgment of self can we truly release patterns that no longer equate to our moving forward.

Sometimes this acknowledgment of our shadow selves can lead to growth in an area of life you never thought possible.

Dork Dancing Meet Up

Play and movement is an essential ingredient in connection to source/the divine/god, and connecting to our authentic nature!

This will be a night to inspire and ignite our senses through movement!

Thanh Nguyen, a seasoned dork dancing host will guide us in an eventful and lively night of energetic movement (free dance).
Feel free to bring a chair, beverages or musical instruments for a time of creativity and relaxation. Cozy/warm attire is also encouraged.
You can also check out what the Dork Dancing community is all about via social media.
https://www.dorkdancing.com/locations

“Dork dancers are mental health advocates practicing love over fear for themselves & others. Accepting our inner dork allows access to the freest part of our inner child, existing separately from the concerns & illnesses of the mind. It’s up to each of us to discover & embrace the softness, silliness, & playfulness that our inner dork promises.”

Playful Pastimes!

Come join us for a casual night of games and belly laughs.

We will start off with Heads Up (like charades) and end on Werewolf, a more intuitive role playing game.

Games have the ability to spark joy in us, by providing a playful escape from routine and awakening curiosity.
They invite laughter, social connection, and creativity through shared experiences and friendly competition.
On a deeper level, games enhance intuition because they encourage pattern recognition, strategic thinking, and improvisation. As players experiment, make quick decisions, and adapt to outcomes. They also strengthen the brain’s ability to trust instinct and respond fluidly to uncertainty. Over time, this playful learning fosters both emotional resilience and intuitive insight that carry over into daily life.

The Power of Prototyping - How Learning to “Fail’ Can Ignite the Creative in Us.

In this meet up we will be focused on the power of prototyping and how the resilence in what we have coined "failure" are just steps in embracing the unkown, while having fun and diving into our divine nature that as children we were ever so fond of. It’s the 'play factor', and finding joy in challenges and novelty. It's a time where we can shift our perceptions in how we show up.

Role Play Activity - Three Scenarios will be presented - Pick your rejection poison ;)

The 'No' Line up

These activities will not only help us build resilience in rejection, it will tap into our ability to create assertive boundaries and help us flex our growth mindset!

The first 15 minutes of the group will be dedicated to social connection. We will start introductions and the regular group itinerary at 7pm.

*This group is a safe space meant for personal growth and sharing around healing from trauma; while supportive conversations and tools are offered, they are not a substitute for therapy or medical care, and everyone’s experience is honored as unique—please be gentle with yourself, seek professional help when needed, and remember you’re always in charge of your own well-being throughout our journey together.

Self Trust/Intution/Setting Boundaries & Keeping Our Promises Continued

Confidence in one’s own perceptions creates clarity: boundaries stop being rigid rules and become fluid expressions of self-respect.
Setting healthy boundaries strengthens self-trust. Each time a person honors their limits, they prove to themselves that their needs and instincts are valid and dependable.

Over time, this loop of trust and action refines intuition—turning boundary setting from a mental exercise into a natural, embodied response that aligns with one’s authenticity and emotional safety.

The Collective - An Intuitive Living Series - Getting to Our Deeper Values

First off - Thank you Kenesha for the divinely inspired vision in creating this group! You are invaluable to me, my growth, and to the growth of the community.

This meet up is for those who have completed the Intentional living Series - A six month meet up program.
We will be using this time for accountability in our healing and de programming process, but be aware that previous ILS topics wont be addressed in depth, as we are using personal time to reflect on past ILS topics through weekly focused rest and then coming together to share in our growth through those experiences for accountability. ANY prior ILS topic may be discussed and reflected on during this time within accountability reflection.
This time will mostly be used for creating new neural pathways/programs through imagination and play.

This will be a time to tap into our intuitive to create a life of possibilities & embracing intuitive desire through emotional awareness.
Think of this time as the fun factory where we will be tapping into the genius of spirit that is divinely ours through imagination.
Different creative topics will be discussed and planned out through group collaboration during each meet up as well.
What are the possibilities you never let yourself daydream about? What feelings do these daydreams evoke? This will be a time to get goofy and let go! let’s get weird! Let’s make some noise and make life interesting!

These meet ups will be held on the first and fourth Friday of every month in person at Copperline cafe in Daytona Beach.
